The mission of Gary’s Cancer Crusaders is to raise funds to support local people with cancer and their families. We do this by bringing together volunteers, advocates, and community stakeholders to lessen the impact on the lives of those affected by the disease.
IF YOU LIVE WITHIN 30 MILES OF SARTELL
YOU OR YOUR LOVED ONE IS STRUGGLING WITH CANCER
AND YOU NEED FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE BECAUSE:
– Your household income has decreased because you have taken unpaid leave to care for your loved one.
– You are incurring additional expenses because of your loved one’s treatment.
– You need help paying some of your bills.
Then please complete the Grant Assistance Application. Gary’s Cancer Crusaders may be able to help you. We will:
– Check your application for completeness.
– Contact you with any questions about your application.
– Notify you whether your request is approved.
Completed applications will be reviewed promptly, usually within 30 days after we receive them. Grants will be disbursed in the month of approval or the following month.
Gary’s Cancer Crusaders will pay you directly for any approved expenses, not to exceed our current grant amount of __________
The Foundation may provide gift cards and certificates for assistance.
